Shipping:
Shipping and handling will be prone to changes, please check the estimates before ordering. If there are concerns about shipping and handling, please feel free to reach out.
Returns and exchanges are subject to a case by case basis, but buyer has to pay return shipping and handling. Photographic evidence of the reason ofexchange/return will be neccessary to start the process. I must receive the item before the exchange can happen unless noted otherwise. If the item I receive back is damaged and it wasn't damaged when I sent it, the refund may be partial to none, depending on the damage.
Order cancellations:
If the order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact me about the order. I will gladly work with you to cancel an order.
If the order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
